We are currently recruiting a number of carers / personal assistants in
the Canterbury and surrounding areas, on a one to one basis.
This means that you would be allocated a client within walking distance of your home and be responsible for that client. OF COURSE EACH CLIENTS NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS ARE DIFFERENT, BUT OUR AIM IS TO MATCH CLIENTS NEEDS WITH YOUR LOCATION, EXPERIENCE AND AVAILABILITY. Some clients may have one or two calls a week, others much more, upto four calls a day, everyday. Depending on your requirements we could match you with a local client, where you would be responsible for providing their whole service, so you could be working one or two hours a week or as much as four calls a day everyday. Having just one client, near to you, can fit into your busy lifestyle, provide an income and give great job satisfaction, knowing you are helping a neighbour live at home within your community. We feel that offering a ONE TO ONE service is beneficial to the clients and carers, neither having to suffer change of staff or rotas, cutting down on travelling and expensive fuel, helping the environment and keeping a community spirit alive. We currently require carers in the Villages of
Shepherdswell, Nonington and Ash.
